Study: Men are still more likely than women to be perceived as leaders
According to a new study by researchers in the University at Buffalo School of Management, on average, men are more likely than women to emerge as leaders, though the gender gap in leadership has decreased over the past 50 years. Read more: http://mgt.buffalo.edu
