Originally from Singapore, Wei comes from a background in journalism but most recently was working in Tokyo at the global pharmaceutical company Kyowa Kirin. During his time there he grew interested in the strategy and business development side of things, but soon realized that he lacked the business essentials such as accounting & finance to really advance in his chosen career. So he decided to get those skills at INSEAD; one of the most prestigious and most international business schools in the world.
