Dorothee von Krshiwoblozki had been thinking about pursuing her higher education for a few years prior to enrolling at HHL. She saw the opportunity to use her parental leave to start studying the part-time MBA program. With a background in law and now the mother of two small children she was ready to deepen her business knowledge and continue her educational journey.

After recording the interview, we continued the conversation off-screen. During this time, Dorothee emphasized that she needs to expand on one statement made during the interview. Towards the end of the interview, she talks about how the challenges of juggling parenthood and work also apply to all husbands. Dorothee als well as HHL find it important to state that the challenge of parenthood applies to all parents and caretakers involved in the raising and care of children.
