The Integrated China Strategy Project (ICSP) is a compulsory part of the #CEIBS #MBA curriculum and gives students the opportunity to tackle real life strategic challenges at partner companies in Shanghai. Under the guidance of faculty advisor and Professor of Marketing Lydia Price, one of the teams from the MBA 2020 cohort was assigned to consult for PepsiCo in order to help them prepare for the dramatic changes to China’s recycling and waste management regulations.
