Alvin Hew (AXP-7) is in conversation with professor Michael Gibbs (AB '84, AM '84, PhD '89) and Ruchira Chaudhary (AXP-11) author of recently launched book "Coaching The Secret Code To Uncommon Leadership" to explore how leaders can continue to empower, elevate, and enable in this new changed reality.

Professor Gibbs shares his timely research (published in May 2021) on productivity and work from home that looks into changes in average output, productivity, and the effects of coordinating activities on uninterrupted work hours.

This will be followed by a panel discussion that will focus on sharing learnings from Ruchira's new book "Coaching The Secret Code To Uncommon Leadership" while offering unique insights on how coaching today is not just a good to have, but a need to have skill for every leader who wants to succeed and flourish.
