At the Penn State Smeal College of Business, artificial intelligence is intentionally integrated into the design of business education and operations, not treated as a standalone tool or isolated initiative. Guided by college-wide strategy and Smeal's Top 5 in 5 vision, AI is embedded across the curriculum, applied in research and scholarly work, and supported through faculty and staff development to advance teaching excellence, research impact, and real-world relevance.
