A full-time job. Family. Friends. Everything else life throws your way. Where does an MBA fit into all of that? For graduates of the UW Foster Hybrid MBA, flexibility made the difference. They found a way to keep moving forward in their careers while making room for graduate school, without putting the rest of their lives on hold. They share what that balance actually looked like, from managing busy work schedules to staying connected with family and making time for the things that matter outside of work. The Hybrid MBA combines online coursework with in-person experiences, giving working professionals more control over how they fit graduate school into their lives. And as these graduates explain, having that flexibility can make a challenging commitment feel possible. Because earning an MBA is a big decision. Finding a program that works with your life can make all the difference. Learn more about the UW Foster Hybrid MBA: https://foster.uw.edu/academics/degree-programs/hybrid-mba/
