Lake Tahoe: Turning Mysis Shrimp into Dog Treats
UC Davis MBA students partnered with the UC Davis Tahoe Environmental Research Center to explore the potential commercialization of invasive mysis shrimp that could be trawled from Lake Tahoe to help the lake's clarity. The MBA team presented a plan to use the Omega3-rich shrimp as an ingredient in mass-market dog treats.
