Meet Bahareh Assadi, lecturer of management and organization studies, whose principal research interests include engagement, mentoring, emotional intelligence, and leadership. 

Assadi has 18 years of experience in education management working at public and private post-secondary institutions in North America to enrich and enhance the educational system. Her teaching philosophy consists of student empowerment, inclusivity, respect, collaboration, and participation.

Assadi shares, “Human Resource Management is an area in an organization where I feel it’s the heart and soul of a company.”
