The EMBA class of September 2024 celebrated its graduation with inspiring calls from keynote speakers, faculty, and peers to invest time in figuring out who they are so they can tap their full potential and lead with integrity and purpose – whatever life throws their way. Professor Vanina Farber, Dean of the EMBA Program and elea Professor of Social Innovation, said the class had distinguished itself through their commitment to care for and support each other over the past 18 months.

“I have seen some of you grow from quiet observers to self-assured leaders, ready to reshape the legacies of your businesses. Others have learned to let go of perfection, choosing instead to make space for others to grow and flourish. That decision —to hold space— is, an act of love, the kind that builds lasting connections beyond academics,” she said.
