ASB's Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center (IEC) in partnership with AirAsia, conducted the “Innovation Intervention: Bootcamp on Design, Making, and Disruptive Thinking” from 25 to 27 June 2018 at AirAsia RedQ, Selangor, Malaysia.

With the objective of enhancing self-efficacy, ability to work in teams, and skills for innovation and intrapreneurship of the participants, the program covered topics such as principles of innovation, making, and design thinking. The participants were 28 AirAsia employees from a wide range of roles such as engineering, marketing, human resources, and operations from five AirAsia country offices: Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Japan, and Malaysia.
