Meet Hildebrand Scholar Adi Pick
Meet Adi Pick, a Hildebrand MBA Scholar in the inaugural class at Texas McCombs. Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Adi spent seven years building a career in content and communications in Tel Aviv's tech scene, including roles at monday.com and Atera, before starting the Full-Time MBA at the University of Texas at Austin's McCombs School of Business.
Adi's leadership story starts early. At 20, she ran for a seat on the Vancouver School Board with no political network and no financial backing, campaigning on a simple idea: students affected by school policy should actually be consulted about it. She didn't win the seat, but she won 21% of the vote and got a $25,000 student forum initiative adopted by the board that did.
In this video, Adi covers:
• What led her from municipal politics to a career in tech communications
• Why she decided to pursue an MBA at McCombs
• What being a Hildebrand Scholar means to her
• Her pivot toward a career in big tech marketing
Adi worked as a Marketing MBA Intern at Kraft Heinz for the summer of 2026, adding another chapter to a career built on listening first and leading second.
