Tuck's Sonya Mishra discusses her research around diversity and hierarchy in business organizations.

Sonya Mishra is an assistant professor of business administration at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Her research investigates how diversity operates within various forms of hierarchy (e.g., power, status) to shape social perceptions and, ultimately, the workplace outcomes of underrepresented individuals. Drawing on her expertise in organizational diversity, Mishra is responsible for designing and teaching the MBA elective Leading Diverse Organizations.
