MBA Moments: Working in Hong Kong
Career change is one of the major motivations for pursuing an MBA. Generally, 50-60% of CUHK MBA graduates change their work location and 40-50% of them relocate to Hong Kong. Our Career Management Center provides comprehensive career services to facilitate students’ next career move. This small group briefing session, “Employment Arrangement in Hong Kong”, which specially arranged for international students, aimed to help them to understand more about conditions of working in Hong Kong. ================================================= Immigration Arrangement for Non-local Graduates (IANG) Hong Kong, a popular city for expats, has introduced a special scheme called Immigration Arrangements for Non-local Graduates (IANG) to encourage non-local graduates to stay and work as professionals in Hong Kong. Under the IANG, non-local students who have obtained CUHK MBA degree can apply to stay and work in Hong Kong for 12 months without other conditions of stay.
