As part of the Careers and Professional Development curriculum, our Full-time MBA's take part in 'Achieving Your Potential' week.

They are taken out of the classroom for an intense programme of exercises and activities, seminars and discussions that explore and challenge their assumptions about leadership and what this means for their personal and professional development.

Through developing these critical employability skills, the programme aims to be a springboard for the remainder of our MBA’s time at Bayes and for the next step in their careers.
