Kathy Korman Frey is an industry instructor of entrepreneurship and the director of the Center for Entrepreneurial Excellence (CFEE) at the George Washington University School of Business (GWSB). Frey's prior experience as an analyst and in management, advising major multinational corporations on strategic business and acquisition decisions, complements her knowledge in product development, venture funding, and successful entrepreneurial execution. As a professor, Frey teaches courses that inform and inspire students to develop an entrepreneurial mindset, directly impacting successful careers. Sabrina Clebnik, for example, is a recent GW alumnus who founded a company and earned startup capital from an angel investor she met in class. The Center for Entrepreneurial Excellence (CFEE) Frey oversees is a unique center offered at GW Business. By engaging in research and other scholarly activities, CFEE makes significant contributions to the fields of entrepreneurship and new venture development.
