What happens when MBA and Executive MBA students step beyond the classroom and into a real business challenge? In this Business Practicum, students from the Asia School of Business (ASB) partnered with SnT Global Logistics, one of Southeast Asia’s leading omnichannel fulfillment providers, to tackle real-world challenges spanning strategy, customer experience, branding, talent, operations, finance, technology, and AI. Over five intensive days, students immersed themselves in SnT’s operations, engaged with leadership and frontline teams, gathered insights from the field, tested assumptions, navigated ambiguity, and developed recommendations for the business. More than a consulting exercise, this practicum reflects ASB’s Action Learning philosophy — where learning happens through doing. Guided by faculty and business coaches, students applied classroom knowledge to live business contexts, balancing analytical rigor with practical execution.
