As part of the ISB–Kellogg Joint Research Initiative, the Indian School of Business welcomed Maryam Kouchaki, Professor of Management & Organisations at the Kellogg School of Management. During her visit, Professor Kouchaki engaged closely with the ISB academic community and gained deeper insights into India’s social, organisational, and research context. In this video, she reflects on how the initiative enabled meaningful collaboration with ISB faculty and researchers, supported the advancement of her work, and provided valuable scholarly feedback. Professor Kouchaki’s research focuses on ethics and morality in organisations, moral decision-making, authenticity and identity, prosocial behaviour, organisational justice, and the psychological foundations of (un)ethical behaviour, power, and inequality.
