In this video, Prof Franks shares his reflections on ISB’s vibrant research environment, his engaging discussions with faculty and researchers, and the promising research ideas that emerged during his visit. Prof Franks’ research interests span corporate governance, ownership and control, shareholder activism, and distress and bankruptcy.
