The Centre for Learning and Teaching Excellence at ISB, in collaboration with Harvard Business Publishing, hosted a workshop dedicated to improving case method teaching in September 2024. The session emphasised the enduring value of experiential, problem-based learning while exploring modern tools such as AI and simulation debriefs. Faculty exchanged ideas on managing discussions, preparing students, and maintaining classroom energy. Practical strategies included shorter cases, structured cold calls, and engaging assignments.
